Eva Rachel Tine, a Boston based fine art photographer, is best known for her unique use of light and color as well as her fun, considerate, and collaborative approach to her subjects. The most important element of Eva’s shoots are her connection with her subjects and her ability to make almost anyone feel comfortable in front of the lens. Eva also aims to use her photography to empower survivors of various traumas. Her series “Invisible Fractures: The Enduring Trauma of Emotional Abuse” opened to a gallery reception of nearly 500 people, including many of the 22 survivors of Intimate Partner Violence who participated in the series. Eva also created and unveiled the “Unhoused Neighbors Project” in Cambridge, MA in 2022 to help humanize and increase compassion for people experiencing homelessness, a project that Eva intends to bring to many more communities. Eva looks forward to supporting the empowerment and healing of many communities and individuals, through art, advocacy, and action, all rooted in trust, compassion, collaboration, joy, hope, and love.
